You can start chatting with Pilar right from your phone — no app or download needed. We encourage you to try both numbers and see how they perform.

Try asking about the topics in the current knowledge base, or push the system further with your own questions. Since nothing is preprogrammed, you’ll get real, generated responses each time you ask a question. While only organization admins can see Pilar’s full retrival process, you can still experiment and compare how it responds to different queries in real time.

One of Pilar’s core values is explainability we aim to make it clear where information comes from and how it’s put together. This isn’t about pre‑written scripts or canned answers. Every response is generated from the knowledge base and shaped by your question, so you can try the same question in different ways and even compare how Pilar answers in different versions.

This is an MVP version not feature‑complete and the current knowledge base is limited. The models have been given freedom to rely on their own knowledge when needed, so some answers may go beyond the included sources.
